The City of Dayton, on behalf of the participating member entities of Southwest Ohio Purchasers for Government (SWOP4G), is pleased to announce the release of Bid No. 26-010SWOP4G – Rock Salt for the 2026-2027 winter season. This cooperative purchasing opportunity allows qualified suppliers to submit pricing for the furnishing and delivery of highway rock salt to participating SWOP4G member agencies throughout Southwest Ohio. The contract will provide participating entities with a reliable and competitively procured source of deicing materials to support safe winter road operations.

Submission Information

Electronic bids must be submitted via email to bids@daytonohio.gov no later than 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) on July 2, 2026. All submissions must be provided in PDF format in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
